Warranty Policies

At General OA Sdn Bhd, we are committed to ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Please review our detailed warranty policybelow. 1. Warranty Coverage All compatible toner cartridges come with a default 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or human error. 2. Buyer’s Responsibility for Warranty Claims It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the toner cartridge to us during our working hours for warranty service. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees and any other expenses incurred when sending the toner to us or receiving a repaired or replacement toner. 3. Proof Of Toner Defects General OA Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request proof of toner cartridge failure, which may include a physical printout, a video showing performance, or other relevant evidence. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the rejection of the warranty claim. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ensure the item is properly packed and secured for shipment via courier. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation. If the item is received in bad condition (such as leakage or significant damage), we reserve the right to proceed with the warranty inspection. The buyer must collect the item within 7 working days of notification; otherwise, the item will be disposed of. 3. Warranty Claim Timeframe Warranty claims and inspections may take up to 14 working days from the date the item is received at our office. No loan units will be provided during this process. 4. Toner Cartridge Exchange & Service Toner cartridges that have used less than 10% of toner powder are eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange. Toner cartridges that have used more than 10% of toner powder will be subject to repair or service. The percentage of toner used will be determined by our certified technician, and the final decision regarding exchange, repair, or service will be at our sole discretion. In the case of a replacement, the replacement unit will be of the same model as the original warranty unit. Model changes are not allowed for warranty replacements. 5. Warranty Claim Timeframe Warranty claims and inspections may take up to 14 working days from the date the item is received at our office. No loan units will be provided during this process. 6. Item Pickup After Warranty Claim Buyers are required to collect items that do not qualify for warranty within 7 working days after being informed of the warranty status. General OA Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to dispose of any items not collected within this timeframe.
