Return Policy for Products Sold via General OA Sdn Bhd Online Portal
Products sold through the General OA Sdn Bhd online portal are eligible for a 7-day return policy from the date the item is delivered, under the following circumstances:
The product is damaged or defective, and the defect is not caused by the buyer.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is missing parts.
To initiate a return, buyers must notify us and obtain acknowledgment of the incident via phone or WhatsApp at +6016-262 5522. The buyer must provide basic information, including:
Order ID
Date of purchase
Reason for return
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives at our office within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Failure to do so will render the return invalid, and the buyer may be subject to extra shipping costs should they wish to reclaim the unit.
